Co-created Concat AI, a company that focuses on the significance of performance reports in contrast to traditional accounting reports. Tracey has developed a tool that assists accountants in gathering and analysing non-accounting metrics like ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue), MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue), CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and more. This tool requires a blend of skills in data engineering, accounting, and data science. Tracey's also a co-founder of Boringbits, where she offers small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) comprehensive finance services. Her goal was to provide entrepreneurs with the financial expertise they needed to create and expand their businesses, recognizing the vital role that finance plays in decisions such as mergers, hiring strategies, and customer acquisition funding. She aimed to reduce the business failure rate attributed to poor financial management. Tracey's career demonstrates her dedication to empowering entrepreneurs with financial expertise and driving strategic growth within organizations.
